Udeme is an Investment Advisor with vast experience in Banking, Business Strategy, and Public-Private Partnerships. He possesses over 25 years of experience in banking, deal structuring, capital raising, management, and leadership consultancy.
He is trained in Accounting with various other certifications in Private Equity, Technical and Financial Appraisal of Energy Projects, Project Management, Infrastructure Financing, and Design Thinking.
Udeme is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Transport Administrators. He is also a member of the Nigeria Netherlands Chamber of Commerce, the Nigeria British Chamber of Commerce, and holds training certification from the Centre for Management Development.
Udeme is a strong advocate of Transformational Leadership and Impact Investment. He enjoys Golf, Cycling, and Fitness.

His extensive background includes serving as Regional Director for United Bank for Africa Plc and Branch Manager for First City Monument Bank Plc.
Inibehe's academic credentials include a B.Sc. in Finance from the University of Lagos and an Executive MBA from Lagos Business School. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Leadership and Mentorship. His commitment to professional development is evident through various training programs he has attended, focusing on branch operations, credit analysis, and marketing strategies.

Iniodu Akpan is a business and management consultant with 25 years of cognate experience in Banking, Tax Advisory, Technical Assistance, and Strategic Management. He is an alumnus of Lagos Business School-Pan Africa University, Harvard University, Harvard Business School, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), among others.
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Credit Administration (ICA), an Arbitrator (Associate) of the International Dispute Resolution Institute (IDRI), and a member of the Board of Trustees of Cross River Economic Submit Organization (CRESo).

Aniefiok is a graduate of Sociology and Anthropology and also holds a Master's degree in Criminology.
As a member of The Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered), he is well-versed in various areas, including Excel, financial modeling software, data visualization, financial planning, budgeting, and analysis. Over time, he has provided financial forecasting with an accuracy of over 90% and developed and implemented financial dashboards, resulting in increased revenue and profitability across different organizations in multiple sectors, including manufacturing, maritime, and banking.

Philip Etim is a certified professional in strategic management and social impact, bringing over 15 years of experience in public, private, and non-profit organizations throughout Africa, Europe, and North America. He has leveraged his expertise in Corporate Finance, M&A, finance, grant writing, fundraising, business solutions, business strategy, and technology support.
An Economics major with an MSc in Strategic Management, he is also an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA), Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), and an Associate of Chartered Management Accountants (ACMA) from the United Kingdom.
As a Senior Finance Executive, he leads the Corporate Finance arm, driving business transformation and strategic objectives for our globally savvy advisory firm. Philip is a certified member of the Commodity Brokers of Nigeria (CBAN).

Samson Davies has about 20 years of diverse work experience in both consultancy and financial services. In 2018, he completed the Strategic Marketing Management Executive Program at the prestigious Harvard Business School in Boston, Massachusetts, USA. In 2021, he became a full member of the Institute of Directors Nigeria, and in 2023, he obtained a certificate in Mergers and Acquisition and Corporate Strategy from INSEAD – The Business School of the World in Fontainebleau, France.
Previously, he held various positions within the Heirs Alliance Group, Heirs/UBA Insurance (now UBA Metropolitan Life), and joined the Standard Trust Bank group in 2004. Following the merger of the old STB group and United Bank for Africa to form UBA Plc, he became the Group Administration Officer and later a marketing staff member of the UBA Insurance group.
After leaving the group, he joined Investcorp Group in the aftermath of the 2008 financial crisis, playing a key role in managing private placement activities with MTN Nigeria, Starcomms, Reltel, and MTS Wireless. He then founded Forbes Integrated Company Limited and collaborated with KPMG and Chapel Hill on the divestment of several bank-owned entities, being instrumental in the acquisition and recapitalization of several insurance companies and health insurance providers in Nigeria.
In 2013, he became the Managing Director of Investcorp Medicare Limited (HMO) and was a member of the Nigerian National Health Insurance Scheme delegation to the Netherlands to study the Dutch Health Insurance Sector in 2014. Mr. Davies later joined the board of Nicon Group, serving as the Director of Marketing for NICON Insurance Plc, Executive Director for Nicon Luxury Abuja, and Alternate Director for MoneyBox Africa. He presently serves as the Chief Executive of Signature Advisory Limited and Group CEO of Signature Group Limited.
In 2019, his firm True Nigerian Experience partnered with the Nigerian Stock Exchange to rank Nigeria’s biggest corporations, and by 2021, they partnered with the African Securities Exchanges Association to rank Africa’s biggest corporations. In 2021, Signature Advisory collaborated with the Federal Ministry of Works and Housing and the Federal Ministry of Power on the National Power Bond and National Housing Bond. He also led the first listing on the Growth Board of the Nigerian Stock Exchange, created as an alternative platform to the Main Board and the Premium Board.

Cornelia Utuk is a distinguished legal and corporate governance expert with over 28 years of experience in the banking and financial services sectors. She currently serves as Independent Director and Chairman of the Board Governance and HR Committee at TrustBanc Holdings Limited and Coronation Trustees Limited. With a strong commitment to sustainable development, Cornelia is also an advocate for Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG) practices.
Cornelia's academic credentials include an LL.M from the University of Lagos (expected 2023), an MBA from the University of Calabar, and a B.L from the Nigerian Law School, where she was awarded the Olujide Shomolu Prize for Best Graduating Student in Civil Procedure. She is a fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration of Nigeria and a member of several professional associations, including the Association of Professional Women Bankers and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
Throughout her career, Cornelia has held key positions, including Deputy General Manager and Company Secretary/Legal Adviser at Coronation Merchant Bank, where she was responsible for corporate governance, risk management, and legal advisory. She has successfully led numerous initiatives, including the acquisition and integration of Marina Securities and the establishment of governance frameworks that adhere to international best practices.
Recognized for her contributions to the Nigerian banking industry, Cornelia was named one of the champions of the sector by the Association of Professional Women Bankers in 2020. She is also actively involved in capacity development, providing training and support to various organizations.

Olurotimi Adebayo Odunaiya is a seasoned professional with a strong background in accounting and project management. He completed his primary education at Surulere Baptist School in Lagos (1972 - 1976) and attended St. Gregory's College, Obalende, Lagos for secondary school (1977 - 1982), where he obtained his WASC. He pursued higher education at the Federal Government College, Odogbolu, Ogun State (1982/83) and earned a BSc (Hons) in Accounting from the University of Lagos, Akoka (1983 - 1988).
Olurotimi's career began as an Audit Trainee at Adedolapo Fayomi & Co (1990 - 1991), followed by roles as an Accountant at Tropicana Spas & Pool Ltd (1991 - 1994) and Project Coordinator at Corporate Guards Ltd (1994 - 1998). He furthered his career at Solarium Ltd, where he coordinated the Petroleum Trust Funds Rural Solar Project from 1998 to 2003. He served as General Manager at We-Deliver.Com Ltd from 2003 to 2010 and has been the CEO of SUNPLUG-NG since 2010.
In addition to his extensive work experience, Olurotimi completed a postgraduate entrepreneurial course (BET 1) at Lagos Business School in 2011. He is also a member of Ikoyi Club 1938.

Dr. Uche Nworah is a seasoned professional with a career spanning public sector, academia, banking, consulting, telecommunications, and media in Germany, the UK, and Nigeria. He holds advanced degrees in Communication Arts, Marketing, Educational Research, and Mass Communications, including a Ph.D. in Marketing from Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University (COOU).
He has served in prominent roles, including Senior Lecturer at London Metropolitan University, Group Head of Human Capital Development at Oceanic Bank, and National Manager at Globacom. As Managing Director of Anambra Broadcasting Service (ABS), he transformed it into a leading digital media brand.
Currently, Dr. Nworah is Managing Partner at Woodhouse Consulting Ltd, Chairman of the Editorial Board for *Daily Times Nigeria*, and Adjunct Professor of Marketing at The Continents States University, U.S.A. He also serves as Special Adviser to Nigeria’s Permanent Representative with the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) and Director General/CEO of the Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMet).
He is a Fellow of several prestigious institutes, including the Nigerian Institute of Management, Advertising Registration Council of Nigeria, and the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK. Dr. Nworah is an accomplished author with four books and numerous essays to his name.
